Privacy policy

This page explains what personal data RarStruct collects through the website www.rarstruct.ro, why we use it and what your rights are under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). If this English version and the Romanian version differ, the Romanian version prevails.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is BUSINESS CORNER SRL, the company operating under the RarStruct brand:

For any question about your data, you can write to us at the email address above or by post to our registered office.

What data we collect

• The data you enter in the form: name and phone number, and optionally email, town or city, the service chosen and a description of the job.
• Technical data needed for the website to work securely, kept by the hosting server: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed.

The website does not use marketing or analytics cookies and does not include third-party tracking tools.

Why we use your data

• To reply to your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• To protect the website against abuse (for example, mass automated messages). The legal basis is our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

How long we keep your data

We keep requests for up to 12 months if we do not end up working together. If we enter into a contract, the data is kept for the duration of the contract and then for as long as the applicable law requires.

Who has access to your data

Your data is used only by the RarStruct team. We do not sell or rent your data. Only the following providers help us process it, as processors:

• our web and email hosting provider, whose servers run the website and the office@rarstruct.ro mailbox;
• Google (Gmail): requests received at office@rarstruct.ro are automatically forwarded to a Gmail mailbox used by our team.

How we protect your data

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The copy of requests received through the form is kept on the server in a folder that is not publicly accessible, and access to email and to the hosting account is restricted to our team.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

The website and the office@rarstruct.ro mailbox are hosted by our hosting provider. Because requests are also forwarded to a Gmail mailbox, Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

In these cases, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR: the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, in which Google participates, and the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling based on your data.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. For any of these, write to us at office@rarstruct.ro.

We reply to requests within one month of receipt, as required by the GDPR.

If you believe your data is not being processed correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

We may update this page when the way we handle data changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
