How we work
We start from your design or from your requirements, assess the job on site and prepare a quote listing the works and materials.
During construction you have a single point of contact for the site, so you always know which stage the work is at. Materials comply with the project requirements, and the work is handed over in stages, inspected together with you.
What affects the price
The price is set for each job individually. The main factors are:
- the built area and the number of floors;
- the structural and foundation solution in the design;
- the materials chosen for masonry, roofing and finishes;
- whether the job is carried out in full or only for certain stages;
- site access and site set-up.
