The right order of work
Good finishes depend on the stages before them: installations must be closed in, surfaces dry and setting-out checked.
We take on the job in this order and, where needed, coordinate the finishes with the plumbing, heating and electrical installations that we also carry out.
What affects the price
The price is set for each job individually. The main factors are:
- the area of walls, ceilings and floors;
- the condition of existing surfaces and how much preparation they need;
- the materials chosen: tiles, parquet, paints;
- the details: niches, boxing, multi-level ceilings;
- whether the job is in a new build or a renovation.
We prepare the quote after an on-site assessment; it lists the works and materials.
Frequently asked questions
Do you also work in apartments, not just new builds?
Yes. We work on new builds and on renovations of apartments, houses, offices and commercial spaces.
Can you also do the installations before the finishes?
Yes. Where needed, we coordinate the finishes with the plumbing, heating and electrical installations that we also carry out.
Why does the order of work matter?
Before finishing, the installations must be closed in, the surfaces dry and the setting-out checked. Otherwise work has to be redone.
