What our glazing services include
- On-site measuring and choosing the right type of glass
- Replacing broken glass or units with condensation between the panes
- Fitting glass in timber, PVC or aluminium frames
- Repairs to the hardware and fixings of glazed joinery
When replacement is needed
Condensation between the panes of an insulated glass unit, cracks and damaged seals are signs that the glass no longer insulates properly.
In these cases, replacing the glass unit is usually enough, without changing the whole window.
What affects the price
The price is set for each job individually. The main factors are:
- the size and type of glass;
- the frame type: timber, PVC or aluminium;
- the number of units to replace;
- access to the window.
Send us the details and, if you can, a few photos. We decide on the type of intervention and the materials needed, then send you the quote.
